FAQ

– I really do not like visiting the dentist. Is there anything you can do to help me relax?
We offer oral sedation and nitrous oxide (also called laughing gas) to make your visit more comfortable. We also offer many treatments by use of a painless laser, so there is minimal discomfort to you.

– Service fees
All service fees are based on the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide. Payment for treatment is requested upon completion of each appointment.

– Which insurance plans do you accept?
We know deciphering your insurance benefits can be confusing. We accept all insurance plans and are happy to help you with any insurance concerns you may have.

– What different payment options do you provide?
We accept cash, debit, cheque and credit cards such as Master Card and Visa. Any amount not covered by your insurance is your responsibility.

– At what age should my children first see a dentist?
We suggest children should first visit the dentist after their third birthday. At this time, we will perform a visual exam to see how their teeth are doing. When your child is older, we will perform a more comprehensive exam.
