Mouth guards are a custom made flexible plastic appliance used to help prevent injury during contact sports and we suggest to wear a mouth guard.

Preventable injuries with mouth guards are; concussion, broken teeth, lacerations to tongue or lip, broken jaws.
Sports mouth guard required or suggested to wear; hockey, wrestling, lLacrosse, boxing, martial arts, rugby, baseball, football.
